There is  tradition for walkers passing  a certain beach cove in the south west corner of the island of St Agnes to make elaborate cairns and sculptures from the variety of smooth  stones found there.  Some are made next to the sea to be battered down by the waves of the incoming tide.  Isles of Scilly, Cornwall, UK.  12/10/08
